# Data room types

> Comparing Standard Data Rooms and Light Data Rooms

The Service offers two types of data rooms: **Standard Data Rooms** and **Light Data Rooms**. Light Data Rooms have a simplified interface and a slightly reduced function set.

## Features of Standard Data Rooms

* Drag & drop upload of entire data rooms
* Download the data room as a zip file
* Integrated automatic indexing
* Download a data room index as an Excel file
* Integrated Q\&A
* Custom logotype
* PDF Watermarking
* Secure PDF Viewer
* Search
* Complete access logs/statistics
* Enforced two-factor authentication

## Features of Light Data Rooms

Light Data Rooms support all features of Standard Data Rooms, except for:

* Integrated automatic indexing
* Download a data room index as an Excel file
* Integrated Q\&A
* PDF Watermarking
* Secure PDF Viewer
* Search

Additionally, Light Data Rooms support some features not found in Standard Data Rooms:

* Personalized link invites (no password required)
* Generic link invites (no password required)
