The Service offers two types of data rooms: Standard Data Rooms and Light Data Rooms. Light Data Rooms have a simplified interface and a slightly reduced function set.

Features of Light Data Rooms

Light Data Rooms support all features of Standard Data Rooms, except for:
  • Integrated automatic indexing
  • Download a data room index as an Excel file
  • Integrated Q&A
  • PDF Watermarking
  • Secure PDF Viewer
  • Search
Additionally, Light Data Rooms support some features not found in Standard Data Rooms:
  • Personalized link invites (no password required)
  • Generic link invites (no password required)
  • Full customization by integrating an interactive website with the Light Data Room. Read more about this in the section on using the template editor.
