Disabling a data room

A disabled data room can only be accessed by administrators. Access for other users can be restored by enabling the data room again. To enable or disable a data room:
  1. In the Administration Interface, go to the Data Rooms page.
  2. Click on Edit for the relevant data room.
  3. Click on the Disable button. If the data room is disabled, the button will say Enable.

Deleting a data room

To delete a data room:
  1. In the Administration Interface, go to the Data Rooms page.
  2. Click on Edit for the relevant data room.
  3. Click on the Delete button.
  4. Enter your password to confirm the deletion.
Disable or delete data room A deleted data room may be recovered within 30 days (unless a shorter recovery duration has been specified in your agreement). After that time has elapsed, all data is permanently erased and the deletion becomes irreversible. To request a restore, contact us.
