Email notifications
Notifications that are sent out by the Service will include information on the number of questions that the user needs to attend to and the number of questions (submitted by the user) that have been answered. The Q&A notifications are included in the same email as other notifications sent out by the Service. Q&A notifications are controlled by the same user and data room settings as other notifications.Notifications will not be sent out if there is nothing to update the user on.
In the data room
Should a question need the attention of a user, a red badge will be shown next to the Q&A button in the data room. The red badge will also be shown in the Q&A panel next to the Needing my attention selector. By clicking on the selector, all questions that need the user’s attention will be displayed. The selector is only displayed if there are questions that need attention from the user.
