After a question has been submitted by a user, it needs to be accepted before becoming visible to other users (including the users that will answer the question). Depending on the setup of the Q&A pipeline, the question may also be edited, moved to a different category or assigned another priority during this step. The users responsible for carrying out the step (i.e. the members of the step) are defined in the Q&A pipeline. Accepting and distributing a question
  1. Inside the data room, bring forward the Q&A panel by pressing the Q&A button below the folder tree.
  2. Click on the Needing my attention selector or on a category selector.
  3. Click on Show for the question to be accepted.
  4. Switch the category (if applicable).
  5. Change the priority (if applicable).

    • The question can only be assigned to the members of the Answering step (the next step in the pipeline). To edit the list of members, see the page on the Q&A pipeline.

    • Should you wish to add a comment for the next user(s) in the pipeline, click the + button next to Accept.
  8. Click the Send back to Submitter button if you would like to send the question back to the submitter, e.g. for clarification. Accept question
