Light Data Rooms

In Light Data Rooms, click the Settings button in the top menu to open the settings page in a new tab. The settings page contains:
  • Email notifications — tick or untick the Send email notifications checkbox to enable or disable email notifications. This setting affects all data rooms.
  • Password and security settings — click to open the authentication settings page, where you can change your password and manage two-factor authentication.

Standard Data Rooms

In Standard Data Rooms, click the Settings button in the top menu to open the settings dialog.

Show deleted files and folders

This setting is only visible to data room administrators.
Tick the Show deleted files and folders checkbox to reveal deleted files and folders alongside active ones. Deleted items are displayed at reduced opacity. While deleted items are shown, drag-and-drop reordering is disabled. See Restoring deleted files or folders for more information. This setting does not persist between sessions.

Email notifications

Tick or untick the Send email notifications checkbox to enable or disable email notifications. This setting affects all data rooms. Administrators can also configure notification frequency and settings per data room.

Password and security settings

Click the Password and security settings link to open your authentication settings in a new tab. From there you can change your password and manage two-factor authentication.
