The integrated Q&A functionality allows you to administer questions and answers directly through the data room. The Q&A functionality is well integrated with the data room as files and folders can be attached to questions and answers. The Q&A functionality is optional and can be turned on (or off) for each individual data room. This may be done at the time of data room creation or at a later stage in the Administration Interface. Q&A rights can be set on a granular level, and you may customize which users can ask questions. Each question is assigned to a category, and the responsibility for answering a question is determined by the Q&A pipeline, which is specific to each category. Q&A rights and Q&A pipelines are administered on the Q&A page of the Administration Interface. In data rooms for which Q&A has been enabled, a Q&A button is visible below the folder tree.
